Their first album, Fever for Da Flavor came out in 1993 and had the big hit 'Knockin the Boots.' the single went to #1 on the R&B charts and #3 on the Hot 100. After hearing them in the studio, Campbell signed H-Town and had them start work on their debut album. However, the group's producer didn't give up and made Campbell miss his flight so that he would hear the group sing live. H-Town finally had their chance when Luther Campbell heard their demo tape. They performed all kinds of gigs and even had the help of a local producer but still were finding things difficult. For a long time, H-Town failed to find a break. H-Town formed in Houston, Texas and consists of members Keven 'Dino' Conner, his fraternal twin Shazam and their friend Darryl 'G.I.' Jackson.
